At Bradshaw Hall Primary School Safeguarding Boardour primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the individuals within the school. We ask that parents and carers keep the school informed of any medical condition which your child may have. Information about the process can be found here – Parents Information Letter – Medical Conditions. To provide the school with information about your child, you may need to complete the Special Dietary Needs form or the Individual Health Plan Form.
